2. Services and reservations
A reservation request is an offer to conclude a service contract. We confirm by email or phone. Service description, price, terms and cancellation rules are shown before you submit a request. Prices are in UAH and include applicable taxes.
3. Consumer rights
Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023, you have the right to clear information about the service, price, terms and dispute resolution. Consumer information is provided in Ukrainian; the English version is a convenience translation, and the Ukrainian text prevails.

Send complaints to contact@sylvoxana.com or the address above. We respond within the time limits set by law. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

6. Liability and governing law
